Acquisition of Personal Information

Article 1 The Company will acquire personal information through lawful and fair means.

Use of Personal Information

Article 2 The Company will use personal information within the scope presented at the time of acquisition and to the extent necessary for the execution of operations.
2 In cases where the Company uses personal information jointly with a third party or entrusts the handling of such information to a third party, the Company will conduct strict screening of the third party and appropriately manage the personal information to maintain its confidentiality.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Party

Article 3 The Company will not provide personal information to any third party without obtaining prior approval from the person who provided their personal information except for cases stipulated by laws and regulations.

Management of Personal Information

Article 4 The Company will maintain the accuracy of personal information and safely manage it.
2 The Company will take appropriate information security measures against unauthorized access, computer viruses, etc., to prevent the loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc., of personal information.
3 The Company will prevent the leakage of personal information caused by taking or sending it out of the office, etc.

Disclosure, Correction, Discontinuation of Use and Deletion of Personal Information

Article 5 The Company acknowledges that the person who provided their personal information has the right to request the disclosure, correction, discontinuation of use, deletion, etc., of their own information, and will promptly handle such request, if any, without any objection.

Organizations and Systems

Article 6 The Company will appoint a personal information protection manager for the appropriate management of personal information.
2 The Company will provide training concerning the protection and appropriate management method of personal information for officers and employees, and will thoroughly carry out the appropriate handling of personal information in everyday business.

Formulation, Implementation, Maintenance and Improvement of Compliance Program for Personal Information

Article 7 The Company will formulate the personal information compliance program (including the “Personal Information Protection Rules” and other rules and detailed regulations, in addition to this Policy) to implement this Policy, make the program fully understood by employees of the Company and other related parties and implement, maintain and continuously improve the program.
